My mom had been retired from teaching high school art for about three years now. Since then, she’s been spending her days working at a local goat farm and loves it. Lately though, she has been spending more and more of her time drawing animals.

This started years ago when she would draw and paint portraits of our dogs for fun, and hang them around the house. Not long before she retired, she began taking comissions for pet portraits via word of mouth through friends and work. Recently, it seems to have the possibility to really take off, and she is contemplating leaving her job the goat farm to do this full time.

Because of all of this, I created a small website for her to use in marketing her work. This should save her having to constantly print and reprint her brochures at home. She can pass out postcards and business cards instead that will direct people to the site. Also, she won’t have to worry about brochures floating around out in the world with outdated prices… pretty cool.
